Dane Cordell

Dane joined Junonia Partners as an Associate in 2025, bringing experience from global markets finance and operations, international accounting, and financial statement preparation & reporting.

Most recently, Dane worked across different divisions at Macquarie Group, a global investment bank headquartered in Sydney, Australia. In his time at Macquarie, Dane coordinated the preparation and signing of Macquarie Bank Europe’s (MBE) financial statements, which allow Macquarie to hold their banking license in Europe. His responsibilities included leading the preparation and review of the financial statements, facilitating discussions between MBE and PWC, as well as actively supporting the key C-suite executives and the MBE Board of Directors.

Prior to that role, Dane worked in the global markets division at Macquarie where he managed the transition of an entire business from India to the United States in a business realignment plan. During the transition of this business Dane automated numerous processes and tasks that were manual in nature with a total time savings that was upwards of 20 hours monthly. Once this business was fully transitioned, Dane handled the day-to-day finance, operations, and reporting requirements for this sector.

In previous roles, Dane served as a senior tax associate for Bodine Perry where he performed individual and corporate tax returns. He also worked as a data warehouse technician for IMER Group where he oversaw the cloud migration into a new data warehouse.

His career began at the age of 16 where he did book-keeping and collections of uncollectable receivables for his grandfather’s maintenance company.
