Jake Stasko

Jake joined Junonia in 2025 with extensive experience in middle office operations, investment management, and risk mitigation. With a strong background in portfolio analysis and financial strategy, Jake has successfully overseen trade operations, managed high-value assets, and optimized financial reporting systems to drive efficiency and profitability.

Prior to joining he served as a Supervisor in Middle Office at HedgeServ, leading trade support teams, managing hedge fund and private equity accounts, and ensuring seamless trade settlement across diverse financial products, including OTC options, futures, equities, and fixed income securities. His expertise in streamlining processes and implementing strategic solutions enhanced operational transparency and improved workflow efficiencies.

Prior to HedgeServ, Jake held senior roles at Guggenheim Partners Investment Management, where he played a key role in trade settlement, portfolio management, and system automation for multi-billion-dollar assets under management. His contributions included upgrading financial platforms, automating transaction processes, and optimizing cash flow reporting, resulting in significant operational improvements.

Jake combines analytical expertise with leadership skills to mentor teams and drive business success. As an active member of the UIC Alumni Club and a dedicated volunteer, he is committed to community engagement and professional development.
