Jared Hall

Jared joined Junonia Partners in 2026, bringing nearly a decade of experience across middle- and back-office operations for hedge funds and systematic trading firms.

Prior to Junonia, Jared worked as a Financial Markets Operations Analyst at Carbon Point LLC, a leading systematic/quantitative trading firm in Stamford, Connecticut. He was the firm's first hire as its operations function expanded from London to the US, and he helped grow the US team to seven people over four years, building redundancy and expanding global coverage along the way. Carbon Point specialized in high-frequency, low-latency trading exceeding 50,000 trades per day across more than 40 global markets, spanning cash and swap equities, futures, futures on swap, and FX. Jared's responsibilities there covered the full middle- and back-office function, including reconciliations, swap settlements, NAV sign-offs, margin and cash management, corporate actions, and the onboarding of new products and markets.

From 2017 to 2022, Jared served as an outsourced CFO/COO provider to multiple managers with more than $2 billion in AUM across equities, options, futures, commodities, and equity swaps. He acted as the primary point of contact for numerous middle-office clients, as well as their prime brokers, administrators, and other counterparties.
