Luis Marquez

Luis joined Junonia Partners in 2026, bringing more than three years of hedge fund accounting experience from Northern Trust's Hedge Fund Services group. Prior to Junonia, he progressed from intern to Officer within Northern Trust's Financial Control team, reviewing and closing monthly and quarterly fund packages and preparing financial statements for a wide range of structures, including limited partnerships, general partners, SPVs, and consolidated entities holding equities, bonds, derivatives, real estate, private equity, ETFs, and money market funds.

Luis worked directly with CFOs, Controllers, and external auditors to ensure the accuracy of each fund's annual financial statements, and partnered with Investor Accounting and Product Unit Control teams to reconcile management fees, waterfalls, incentive fees, and NAVs. He also handled FX calculations for funds with international exposure and monitored fund expense caps to keep costs within allowable thresholds.
