Matthew Hale

Matt joined Junonia Partners in 2025 brining more than a decade of leadership in the middle and back-office operations of hedge funds.

Prior to Junonia his experience includes serving as an outsource CFO to multiple managers supporting a firm with up to $1 billion AUM across equity, fixed income, derivatives, FX, and private investments. His role included building and maintaining client relationships and acting as a primary liaison with prime brokers, administrators and other counterparts. Matt also lead annual audits, kept compliance filings current and managed treasury activity while maintaining management company financials. He’s successfully led multiple fund launches, advising on structure, service-provider selection and operational readiness.

Matt also served as the Director of Operations and Controller for a Dallas-based hedge fund, where he managed all aspects of fund operations and accounting, as well as dealings in the private sector.
