Petrina Kotov

Petrina comes to Junonia with 15 years of Human Resources and recruiting experience. Her focus on key areas such as organizational culture, building HR infrastructure, employee development and identifying top talent have driven her success in the financial services industry. Other areas of expertise include engineering, technology, and aviation. Petrina specializes in candidate generation, talent pool management, networking, and brand advocacy. She interacts with cross-functional teams and focuses on creating and nurturing cultures where innovation, diversity, and inclusiveness drive future success.

Prior to joining Junonia in 2022, Petrina served as the Head of HR and Resourcing at Strait, a high-touch fund administrator where she worked directly with Junonia founder, Brant Pallasch. During her time there, the firm’s growth was recognized by the Dallas Top 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies, the Inc 5000, and many other local organizations.

In addition to her HR and recruiting experience, Petrina worked as an onsite Partnership Director and Program Manager for major clients such as Southwest Airlines and Samsung where she handled all aspects of client contact, workforce management, full cycle recruiting and vendor management.

Petrina began her career at Volt Workforce Solutions where she was an Onsite Program Manager for a major client. She successfully established Volt as a main provider for the client and created an infrastructure while she streamlined processes and supported the client by building a talent pipeline.
